Making your Kurls P*O*P

I STRUGGLED with this for at least a year you guys lol But Im glad I figured it out so that I could help yall.

Now, let me say this .... Im NOT a fan of wash & go's.. never have been probably never will be... I enjoy the look of twist/braid outs...not necessarily curls because they SHRINK and the tight Jerry look is NOT cute on my big head! Lol BUT Im here to help :-) 

Ok so I know people make a big deal of the types of products you use and how much blah blah blah... I ASSURE you...its not about what you use, but HOW you use it. I've never purchased any of those expensive natural products ::Miss Jessie's:: because I just dont believe in washing $40 worth of product down the drain -_- I just cant get with that lol :: This is such a side note, But I did receive some samples of Taliah Waajid's new natural products and I love them..as well as the $8 price tag! I know I model for her & this is not a bias statement lol I promise I really do like them :-). Try them out! :: Back to what I was saying... its about how you use the products , not what you use. 

Here's a little step by step on how to do a wash and go that gets the Kurls on & poppin`! * Im mentioning the products I used*

• If its time for a shampoo,  I handle that with some good ol' clarifying Suave or V05. If not , I proceed to co-wash with either brands conditioner. * Both brands can be found at the Dollar Store*
• After rinsing the conditioner out, I use Taliah Waajid's African Healing Oyl.. : A little goes a long way & the smell is AMAZING: *Beauty Supply, Target, Whole Foods, Online $8 for 8oz..for Hair & Body*
• I've NEVER liked using gel because it pretty much demands you to have to wash your hair... So I found an alternative! Hawaiian Silky's 14 in 1 Miracle Worker! It is a great moisturizer and does a great job of defining your curls without making them hard,greasy or sticky.  It keeps your hair super soft & doesnt take much to get the job done. *Beauty Supply, $3.69 for 8oz*

• Once I've rubbed some HS through my hair, I lean over the tub and shake my head side/side and back/forth a few times. Don't get crazy with this step please lol :: I know yall are probably like why does she shake her head over the tub? WELL, one shaking the product around just anywhere could get messy... AND when you shake your head, It causes the curl to form from the root to tip. You will have a head full of ringlets:: Crazy huh? I know but it works! 

Add a accessory if you want & BOOM.. You have officially "washed and went" lol .
